☆ Gentle Cleansing: Clean the treated area with mild soap and lukewarm water. Gently pat dry - avoid scrubbing or using harsh skincare products, especially those containing acids or retinoids.
☆ Avoid Touching: Try not to touch, press, or massage the treated area to prevent introducing bacteria or causing irritation.
☆ Stay Cool: Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, and direct sun exposure. Heat can increase swelling and sensitivity.
☆ No Swimming: Refrain from swimming in chlorinated pools until the skin has fully settled.
☆ Limit Exercise: Avoid strenuous exercise for at least 48 hours to reduce swelling and bruising. Light walking is fine.
☆ Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water (around 2 litres per day) to help your body flush out the dissolved fat cells naturally.
